Over 2 million people have read the #1 New York Times bestseller Wonder and have fallen in love with Auggie Pullman, an ordinary boy with an extraordinary face. Readers have also been treated to three stories offering a special look at Auggie’s world through new points of view. Previously only available in ebook, now they’ll be published all together—complete with an introduction from the author on how she came to write them—in a gorgeous hardcover package!

These stories are an extra peek at Auggie before he started at Beecher Prep and during his first year there. Readers get to see him through the eyes of Julian, the bully; Christopher, Auggie’s oldest friend; and Charlotte, Auggie’s new friend at school. Together, these three stories are a treasure for readers who don’t want to leave Auggie behind when they finish Wonder.

Discuss the setting and the role it played. Describe when and where the story takes place.
Who are the main characters? What problems or conflicts does each character face in the book? Briefly describe each character.
What are the good points of this book? What did the author do well? Tell why you liked the book.
What, if any, were the bad points in the book? What did you feel the author did poorly? Tell why you didn't like the book.
This is where you give a brief summary of the book. Tell about at least two events that took place in the story. Don't give away the ending but give a 20 second synopsis that describes the story.
Without giving away the ending tell whether or not the ending was satisfying. Did the end fit the story?

auggie and me: three wonder stories

Setting

the story takes place in modern day time. These book tells three different stories so each have different sittings. The first story of Julian takes place in beecher prep middle school, the second story of Pluto takes place in his house and friends houses, and the third of shingaling takes place again in beecher prep middle school. So mostly the settings are school and home and they played important roles because that was were the main characters spindled there time and made memories and hanged out with friends at and made friends. The homes are where the characters lived and the school was where they went to get education.

Characters
The main character's are Julian, Chris, and charlotte. Julian is scared of auggie because of his appearance and during summer vacation he went to live with his grandmother how talked to him about his bad behavior. Chris gets sad because auggie lives him alone. Charlotte tries to make new friends because her best friend ditched her. Julian is a bully and he has black hair and blue eyes. Chris is auggies old friend and he has black hair and black eyes. Charlotte is auggies new friend from school and she has blond hair and blue eyes.
Good Points
The way the writer wrote the story, the way she organized each section and what she included in each parts of the stories. I liked the way she always kept you interested with what will happen next and I like how they made these book to give the sides of the main character's of wonder that where not so mentioned or talked about there. The good point where when the main character's of each section had to over come there conflicts.
Bad Points
I felt that it was messing to mention auggie more in the story and include him in some section because he was not really so mentioned in these stories just like briefly but I think he has to be mentioned more because these stories are mostly have to do with him. I really liked the book but the only reason I would not like it because it did not mission auggie enough.
Plot Summary
The story is about the points of view of Julian, Chris , and charlotte and it is where Julian talks about how after auggie came back to school and he started to have bad dreams about auggie and it explains his dreams and about how his makes letters to auggie. Also about how Chris how had a great friendship with auggie when he was young and how he lift him alone and how later they started to talk over video chat and helps Chris with homework and talks to him about his conflict of his band splitting . Lastly also about how charlottes best friend ditched her and she was really upset about that but then she joined the dance team and started to hang out with Ximena and summer.
Ending
I think I did fit the story in some way but I think they should have added information about auggie at the end like because he was not that missioned throughout the story and we really don't now some details about him that we want to know and all of these story had to do with him, so its fare if they mission him at the end.

Auggie and Me

User Review

Setting
The book has many settings, every chapter has a different setting,The setting in the Julian chapter is at His house and School. In Pluto's chapter is at his house, the hospital, and School. And the setting in the Shingaling chapter is at home, and the shelter.
Characters
Julian: He is a guy who has a lot of family issues with his parents.
Chris: Auggie's oldest friend, he is having problems with the fact that his friend is far away.
Charlotte: kind of the way she is getting to be a friend of Auggie when he comes to this new school.

Good Points
The way the Author writes gets you reading more and more. Sometimes it seems like if she was in the school. You get interested in the story and every characters perspectives is pretty interesting. Many of the experiences in the book relate to some of us.
Bad Points
Sometimes i felt like the Author was putting too much in a same chapter. I would have liked to see more about how everything goes with Auggie after the end.
Plot Summary
Julien tells his story from his point of view. We see the hing about Julien's dreams and how Auggie affects him. Julien's Mom is always excusing Juien. Julien addmits he was being mean to Auggie. Julien wrote an apology letter to Auggie. We see the relationship between Auggie and Chris, some tragedies happen, they re there for each other. Charlotte was chosen to welcome Auggie in the new school, Charlotte spends a lot of time in the shelter. She loos for the blind man who is a homeless really special to her.
Ending
It is a really good book, it gets you reading and you like it but in my opinion what i wanted in the end was to know more about Auggie so it was not satisfying at all, guess i will read the rest of the sequel to find out.
